Request dashboard: see how your review requests are performing
The request dashboard is your central view for every review request you've sent, across emails and QR codes. Use it to track statuses, take action on individual requests, and spot trends with built-in reports.
Before you start
- Make sure you've enabled auto-schedule requests in the Email setting tab. The dashboard only shows requests after you've activated email collection or generated QR codes.
- To reach the dashboard: go to Collect reviews in the left side menu, then click the Request dashboard tab.
The three sub-tabs
The dashboard is split into three tabs: Emails, Orders, and Reports.
Emails tab
The Emails tab lists every individual review request email, with one row per email sent or scheduled.
Email statuses
Status | What it means |
|---|---|
Scheduled | The email is queued and will send at the time you set. |
Sent | The email has been delivered to your customer's inbox. |
Opened | Your customer opened the email but hasn't left a review yet. |
Partially reviewed | Your customer reviewed some products in their order, but not all. |
Reviewed | Your customer reviewed all products. |
Cancelled | The email was cancelled before it was sent. |
Error | The email couldn't be delivered. See the error reason in the row. |
Common error reasons: invalid email address, hard bounce (mailbox not found), mailbox full, marked as spam, blocklisted by you.
Actions on emails
You can act on any email directly from the row using the overflow menu (⋯). Available actions depend on the email's current status.
Status | Available actions |
|---|---|
Scheduled | Send now, Cancel |
Error | Resend, Cancel |
Sent or Opened | Resend, Cancel |
Reviewed | None |
When only one action is available, it appears inline. When two are available, they appear in the ⋯ menu.

Outdated template indicator
If you changed your email template after some emails were already scheduled, those emails show an Outdated badge. You can update them one at a time using the inline Update link, or update all of them at once from the banner at the top of the page.
Filtering and searching
Use the status filter to narrow to a specific status, or search by order ID, buyer name, or email address.
Orders tab
The Orders tab groups requests by order, with one row per order. This is useful when a single customer has received multiple emails or a QR code for the same order.
Order row details
Each row shows the order ID, date, customer name, email, and which channels were used (emails and/or QR). Rows for orders with a QR code are highlighted in a light warm tint so you can spot them at a glance.
Order-level statuses
The status shown for each order reflects the overall state across all channels for that order.
Condition | Status shown |
|---|---|
Any channel has an error | Error |
Some products reviewed, not all | Partially reviewed |
Any review submitted (email or QR) | Reviewed |
All channels cancelled | Cancelled |
Everything else | Scheduled |
Order detail modal
Click any row to open the order detail modal. It shows the full picture for that order: customer info, products, all email requests with their individual statuses and actions, and the order-level QR code if one has been generated.

Generating and viewing an order QR code
Each order can have one QR code. To generate one, click the View QR button in the order row (or inside the order detail modal). The QR is created immediately. No confirmation needed.
See Collecting reviews with QR codes for everything you can do from the QR modal.
Filtering and searching
Filter by order status (Scheduled, Partially reviewed, Reviewed, Cancelled, Error) or search by order ID or buyer name.
Reports tab
The Reports tab shows aggregate data to help you understand how your review collection is performing. Select a date range from the dropdown in the top right (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days).
Total reviews collected
The total number of reviews collected in the selected period, with a percentage change compared to the previous period.
Email requests funnel
Shows how many requests moved through each stage: Scheduled → Sent → Opened → Reviewed. Conversion rates between stages are shown between each step.
Empty state: "No email activity yet. Start sending email requests from the Orders tab."
Failed email requests
Shows the number of emails that couldn't be delivered, the fail rate, and a breakdown by failure reason (invalid address, hard bounce, mailbox full, marked as spam, blocklisted). A downward trend here is a good sign: fewer failures means better deliverability.
Empty state: "No failed emails in this period. Every request was delivered."
Order QR funnel
Shows how your order-level QR codes are performing: Issued → Opened → Reviewed.
Empty state: "No order QR activity yet. Generate a QR code from the Orders tab."
Product QR stats
Shows three numbers for your product QR codes: total codes issued, unique opens (with trend), and reviews collected (with trend).
Empty state: "No product QR activity yet. Generate a product QR from the Product QR tab."
Email send limits
To keep your customers from receiving too many emails, there are send limits per customer:
- Daily limit: 2 emails per customer per day.
- Monthly limit: 5 emails per customer per month.
If a customer hits a daily limit, the next email will be queued for the following day. If they hit the monthly limit, wait until the next month.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the Emails tab and the Orders tab?
The Emails tab shows one row per email sent. The Orders tab shows one row per order, grouping all emails and QR codes for that order together. Use Orders when you want the big picture for a customer; use Emails when you need to act on a specific email.
Can I re-send a reviewed email?
No. Once a customer has reviewed all products in their order, no further action is available on that email.
Why does an order show "Error" even though some emails were sent fine?
If any single channel for that order has an error, the order-level status shows "Error." Check the order detail modal to see which specific email or channel failed.
What does the outdated template badge mean?
It means that email was scheduled or rendered before you made a template change. The email will still send, but using the old design. You can update it to the latest template using the inline Update link or the banner at the top of the page.
Done! You now know how to navigate the request dashboard, track email and QR performance, and take action on individual requests.
