How to create staff account in Google Merchant Center ?

In order to help you to check and fix problem(s) regarding Google Shopping integration, we would like to ask for Staff account from Google Merchant Center with minimum permissions, and we are 100% surely that NO chan will be done WITHOUT your permissions.




Please follow below steps to send our team Staff account invitation:

  1. Login to your Google Merchant Center
  2. Click Settings on Menu Column > Access and services **> Click on **Add person button to add use




  1. Copy our email, cs@fireapps.vn and click on Next button



After you add, you may need to select role for our acount. We will receice invitation email to accept

This way, we can access to your Merchant Center, and have a better understanding about your issue/concern.
