# Why my uploaded reviews are being missed on Google Merchant?

Before your review has been loaded on Google Merchant, our app will automatically detect and reject reviews that do not adhere Google`s [content policy](https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6098512) without notification. 

**NOTE**

- Review including some frequent key words such as **aliexpress, ali express, shipped, shipping, shipment, service, deliver, arrived, company, store, business, order, support, email, package** will be automatically rejected. Therefore, you need to revise those reviews. 

- Please take a look on [Tips](https://support.fireapps.io/en/article/tips-how-to-submit-product-review-data-feed-for-google-shopping-1w6lhlx/) to increase successful rate when uploading review on Google.

- Another case is from Google, if your review has been rejected by Google, it will be shown at **"Disapproved items"**
