# Why are the reviewer name show as *** after importing?

When you import reviews, Ali Reviews will display the exact reviewers' name from the source. However, some reviewers' name may appear as abbreviations:
* On AliExpress, reviewers' name may appear as  A*** or Ali Express Shopper.
* On Amazon, reviewers' name may appear as Amazon Shopper.
If you prefer **full customer names** (e.g., John Doe) to show on your storefront:
1. Go to** Import Reviews** > **Customize Settings** (top-right corner).
2. Enable **Show full customer names (e.g John Doe)** > Click **Save**.
Once enabled, Ali Reviews will automatically generate full names for these reviews the next time you import.

|| If this option is disabled, those kind of names will automatically show as abbreviations (e.g, J***)

**Important:** Reviews written directly by your customers (via your storefront, email requests, etc.) will always display the full name exactly as your customers entered it.
