Why are the reviewer name show as *** after importing?

When you import reviews, Ali Reviews will display the exact reviewers' name from the source. However, some reviewers' name may appear as abbreviations:

On AliExpress, reviewers' name may appear as A*** or Ali Express Shopper.
On Amazon, reviewers' name may appear as Amazon Shopper.

If you prefer full customer names (e.g., John Doe) to show on your storefront:

Go to Import Reviews > Customize Settings (top-right corner).
Enable Show full customer names (e.g John Doe) > Click Save.

Once enabled, Ali Reviews will automatically generate full names for these reviews the next time you import.

If this option is disabled, those kind of names will automatically show as abbreviations (e.g, J***)

Important: Reviews written directly by your customers (via your storefront, email requests, etc.) will always display the full name exactly as your customers entered it.
