# Remind customer to leave reviews via Remind to review

After sending a review request email, you can also send a follow-up reminder to customers who haven't left a review yet. The reminder is one of five independent follow-up email types you can enable in the Email setting tab.
## How to set up the review reminder email

|| Plan requiment: Review reminder email is available on the **Basic plan and higher**. If you downgrade, the reminder is automatically disabled.

1. From the Ali Reviews dashboard, click **Collect Reviews** in the left sidebar.
2. Click the **Email settings** tab.
3. Scroll to the **Follow-up emails** section and find **Remind to review** email.
4. Toggle it on (It's off by default).
5. Set the delay: the number of days after the original review request before the reminder sends. Default is 5 days.
6. Click **Edit template** to customise the email content, subject line, and preview text.
7. Click **Save**.

The reminder sends only to customers who received the initial review request email but haven't submitted a review by the time the delay elapses.
## Edit the reminder email template

To customise the reminder email template:
1. In the **Email settings** tab, click **Edit template** next to **Remind to review** email.
2. Adjust the subject line, preview text, and email body.
3. Use the **Add variable** menu to insert dynamic content like the buyer's first name, product name, or order date.
4. Click **Save**.
