# Managing media

The purpose of managing media is to help you easily locate, oversee media content, and control the visibility of media reviews. This article will go through some key actions you can take in the management of photos or videos.

## Delete one media item

**Steps**

1. From the manage reviews page, select **Manage Reviews** -> **More** -> Select **Manage Media.**

2.. Check the box to select one media item you want to delete.

3. If you want to check the product review details before deleting this media item, hover over and zoom out on your selected media.

4. Press the button **Delete this review** to delete text, photo, video, star rating, and other attribute of this review
Or press the button "Delete media" to delete that media only

## Delete multiple media items

You can select multiple media items to delete at one time by checking the boxes.

Furthermore, to delete all photos and videos you have, check the box and click **Select all media items** on the media page.

### Troubleshooting:

**If photos or videos are not appearing in your reviews, please check the following:**
1. Make sure the reviews you’ve collected actually include media (photos or videos).  
2. Confirm that you’re on a paid plan—media reviews are not supported on the Free plan.

**Frequently Asked Question:**

Question: Can I upload images for my reviews?
Answer: You can attach images when leaving a review using the Write a review button on the review widget, or by including them in a CSV file. Adding images to reviews that have already been submitted or imported is not supported.
