Conditions for importing reviews from DSers

DSers is a comprehensive tool for managing products and reviews for your dropshipping store. To import reviews, ensure the following:

1. DSers account: You must have an active DSers account with imported products from AliExpress.
2. Ali Reviews app: Ali Reviews and the Ali Reviews Chrome extension must be installed.
3. Paid plan: This feature is available only for Ali Reviews’s paid plans.

Import reviews for many products at once from DSers

Follow these steps to bulk import reviews:

Step 1: Open the DSers app

• Go to My Products in the DSers app.

Step 2: Access the import reviews banner

• After installing the Ali Reviews Chrome extension, navigate to the Bulk Import Reviews banner in the DSers.
• Then click the Import reviews button.

Note: If there are no products in the DSers, the bulk import banner won’t appear.

Step 3: Configure import settings

When clicking Import reviews, a modal will appear that allows you to choose your preferences:

1. Import reviews for:

• Products without reviews in Ali Reviews: Imports reviews only for products in Ali Reviews that currently have no reviews.

• Products with existing reviews in Ali Reviews: Imports new reviews for products in Ali Reviews that already have reviews (published, unpublished, or pending).

• All products: Imports reviews for all products, whether they already have reviews or not.

2. Select product page:

• This product page: Imports reviews only for the products displayed on the selected page.

Example: If the current page contains 10 products, the system will import reviews for those 10 products only.

• All product pages: Imports reviews for all products across all pages.

3. Auto-publish new reviews after importing

• Enable this option to automatically publish imported reviews once the process is complete.

Note:

• The system automatically skips duplicate reviews during the import process.
• This feature applies only to products imported from AliExpress. Reviews for products without an AliExpress URL cannot be imported.

Step 4: Customize import settings

You can filter reviews to be imported by selecting the following options:

1. Filter by text content:

• Reviews with text: Import reviews that contain text.

• Reviews without text: Import reviews that do not have text.

• Reviews with and without text: Import all reviews, whether they include text or not.

2. Filter by photos:

• Reviews with photos: Import reviews that include photos.

• Reviews without photos: Import reviews that do not have photos.

• Reviews with and without photos: Import all reviews, whether they include photos or not.

Note:

• These filter settings apply only for the current import session.
• To adjust settings for future imports, go to the import settings in the Ali Reviews app.

Step 5: Complete the import process

After clicking Import Reviews, the system will process your request. There are two possible outcomes:

1. Import successful:

• You can click the Manage Reviews button to open the Ali Reviews app and manage the imported reviews.

2. Import failed:

• A message will appear saying: "No reviews found. Adjust settings and try again."

• You can change the import settings during the session or adjust them in the Ali Reviews app, then attempt the import again.

Import reviews for individual products from DSers

If you want to import reviews for a specific product, follow these steps:

1. Click the Import reviews button under the product you want to import reviews.
2. A settings modal will appear, allowing you to adjust the same options as the bulk import, such as auto-publish, text filters, and photo filters.

This method allows precise control over individual product review imports.
