# Import Settings: How to Filter Reviews Before Importing

Before importing reviews, we recommend checking **Import Settings** to make sure only the reviews you want are imported.

**How to access Import Settings**
To access the Import settings, please follow those steps:
1. Go to **Import Reviews.**
2. At the top right corner, click **Import settings.**

**Import Settings options**
You can filter reviews using the following options:

**Settings applied to all marketplaces:**
1. Show full customer name (e.g, John Doe): enable this option to import full customer names on reviews instead of abbreviations (e.g, J***).
2. Filter by review type: choose to import only reviews that meet one or more of these conditions:
* Has text
* Has photo
3. Skip reviews with keywords: automatically skip reviews that contain specific keywords such as *Temu, AliExpress, Scam, Fraud, Fake*, etc.

**Settings for importing from AliExpress only:**
* Filter by reviewer location (AliExpress only): only import reviews from selected countries

**Reset to default:** reset all Import settings to default configuration.

|| Important Notes:
|| Changes in Import Settings apply only to future imports. Reviews imported before the update will not be affected.
|| Using Import Settings may reduce the total number of imported reviews if many reviews do not meet the selected conditions.
