Import Settings: How to Filter Reviews Before Importing

Before importing reviews, we recommend checking Import Settings to make sure only the reviews you want are imported.

How to access Import Settings

To access the Import settings, please follow those steps:

Go to Import Reviews.
At the top right corner, click Import settings.

Import Settings options

You can filter reviews using the following options:

Settings applied to all marketplaces:

Show full customer name (e.g, John Doe): enable this option to import full customer names on reviews instead of abbreviations (e.g, J***).
Filter by review type: choose to import only reviews that meet one or more of these conditions:

Has text
Has photo

Skip reviews with keywords: automatically skip reviews that contain specific keywords such as Temu, AliExpress, Scam, Fraud, Fake, etc.

Settings for importing from AliExpress only:

Filter by reviewer location (AliExpress only): only import reviews from selected countries

Reset to default: reset all Import settings to default configuration.

Important Notes:Changes in Import Settings apply only to future imports. Reviews imported before the update will not be affected.Using Import Settings may reduce the total number of imported reviews if many reviews do not meet the selected conditions.
