How to customize AI Review Summary appearance

AI Review Summary appears inside the Review Box on your storefront, giving shoppers a quick overview of what customers are saying about your products.

This guide shows you how to control when the summary appears, how it looks, and what text shoppers see, so it fits naturally into your review layout and brand style.

1. Customize visibility


This section controls whether the AI Review Summary appears in your Review Box and under what conditions it is shown.

You can:

  • Turn the AI Review Summary on or off in the Review Box
  • Decide whether highlighted attributes (positive and negative points) are displayed alongside the summary

If the AI Review Summary feature isn’t enabled yet, the Review Box will prompt you to activate it before the summary can be shown.


This helps ensure the summary only appears when it’s fully ready.

 

2. Customize appearance


This section lets you control how the AI Review Summary looks so it matches your storefront style.

You can adjust:

  • The overall summary layout, such as a short paragraph or a pros-and-cons format
  • Visual styling, including colors, font size, and icons
