# How to create a staff account, and/or why does support team need it?

We do understand your concern about your confidential information, and somehow you do not want to share it to anyone else, thus we always do our best to check your issue without staff account needed at first.  
  
However, in some difficult situations where we need to investigate deeper, staff account is compulsory for us to understand your problem further, and find the way to fix it. Also we do have Privacy policy [here](https://fireapps.io/privacy-policy), so please do not worry about leaking your valuable information.

**HOW TO CREATE STAFF ACCOUNT**

To create staff account, please follow those steps:
1. Go to **Shopify Settings > Users and Permission** > Add Staff account:

2. Enter first name as FireApps, last name as Support, and this email address: [support@fireapps.io](mailto:support@fireapps.io).
3. Select the following permissions:
* Home
* Orders: View orders
* Products: View product
* Online Store: Themes, Edit code (including generating theme blocks), Blog post and pages
* Manage and install apps and channels
4. Click **Send invite** and let us know via the live-chat support.
