# How can I exclude some keywords from the reviews?

If you import reviews from Ali Express, and you do not want to get the reviews which contains some specific keywords, please follow the bellow steps

*   Go to Import reviews => on the top right, open Settings, scroll down to see the **Skip reviews with keywords** box. 

* Ali Reviews will skip the reviews which contain such keywords while importing

**NOTE**: 

1. We automatic added some excluded keywords for you to increase the quality of reviews.

2. Please do not add any mark (comma, dot) at the end of the word list.  

3. We do not support to exclude symbol (such as: $, %...) at the moment
