Ali Reviews Trial Period Policy
How many trial days does Ali Reviews offer?
- Currently, Ali Reviews offers a 14-day free trial for merchants who install the app for the first time.
- If a merchant has already used up their trial period, they will not receive another trial when reinstalling the app.
Trial rules when changing plans
- The trial period is always 14 days in total, regardless of whether the merchant upgrades or downgrades their paid plan during the trial.
- Changing between paid plans does not reset or extend the trial period.
- The remaining trial days continue to be counted based on the original trial activation time.
- During the trial period, if a merchant downgrades to the Free plan, their remaining trial days will be preserved.
Trial rules when uninstalling and reinstalling
- If a merchant uninstalls the app during the trial, the remaining trial days are preserved.
- If the merchant reinstalls the app while they still have unused trial days, they will be placed on the Free plan by default.
- The remaining trial days will not continue automatically after reinstalling.
- The remaining trial period will resume only when the merchant activates a new paid subscription.
For example:
A merchant activates the trial at 18:00 on January 1.
- The total trial period is 14 days, so they have 14 trial days available.
- If they uninstall the app on January 5, they have approximately 10 days of trial remaining.
- If they reinstall the app on January 8, they will return to the Free plan and still have 10 days of trial remaining.
- The remaining trial days will stay preserved and will only continue when the merchant activates a paid subscription.
