How to reply reviews from my customers
Interacting with customer via reviews helps your store become more trustful. Understanding that, we release the Reply reviews feature which is available on Basic and higher plan
HOW TO REPLY REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS
To reply reviews from your customer, please follow those steps:
After your customer write a review, it will be placed in Manage Reviews --> Pending section (if Auto-publish reviews feature is disabled). You will need to publish the review before replying on it.
- On Manage reviews --> Three dot icon (...) --> Click Reply to reviews
- There are 2 options: Publish reply and Notify via email. You can choose one or both
- Publish reply: reply and publish it on store front, it will be attached bellow the review
- Notify via email: send the reply for customer via email

NOTE: In case, there's no email on the review, the Notify via email option will be blocked.
- Manage the reply:
- You will be able to edit/ delete the reply
- When the review is deleted, the reply will be also deleted
